Missional Churches
Helping every church become a missional church
-

Programme for Pastors and Church Leaders
Interface is a local church discipleship programme, that is outward in focus. It endeavors to help a church ‘interface’ meaningfully with the world God so passionately loves (Jn 3:16)!
The programme comprises a seminar and three interactive workshops that feature events and processes that are local church friendly, encourage the participation of every church member, and promote a shift towards active missional living.

The Seminar
The program begins with the seminar conducted for a group of pastors. This video-based seminar includes six brief sessions that the pastors will view and engage with as part of a five-hour event.
Following the seminar and a clear outline of ‘next steps’, pastors can consider introducing the Interface program into their local church. This implementation will take place in stages, and churches can withdraw from the program at any time should they wish to do so.

The Workshops
The three workshops focus on integrating the lessons taught in the seminar into the life of the local church. The workshops are:
1. Growing Missional Disciples
2. Growing Missional Disciples in Community and
3. Growing Churches of Missional Disciples in Community
It could be argued that missional church is not just one option of local church among many. It is the only option! Developing missional churches is undoubtedly the most important undertaking we can engage in to ensure that true discipleship is taking place within our churches, meaningful outreach to our communities is happening, and the world Christian movement continues to grow and expand.
